Ammonite turns messy operational data into a model simple enough for people, and precise enough for AI, to find fixes in hundreds of processes.
Asset Management
WHERE WE HAVE DELIVEREDTrade Execution → Settlement → Compliance Sign-off → Client Reporting
A trade can look “done” in the trading system while it sits unresolved in compliance for days.
Illustrative example data. Not actual client results. Asset management is where we have delivered; every other industry here is a mechanism example, not a proof claim.

A conventional event log has to pick one thing to follow, whether that is one order, one ticket or one case, and flatten everything else around it. OCEL does not make you choose. One event can belong to an order, an invoice and a shipment at the same time, which is how the work actually happened.

An account, a trade, an invoice, a shipment, an approval. Each one has a type and its own attributes, and each one persists across every event that touches it.
A timestamp and an activity, such as “invoice submitted” or “trade settled”. An event can reference several objects at once, so nothing has to be duplicated or dropped to make it fit one column.
Objects relate to events and to each other, with a qualifier naming the role. This is the part a flat table throws away, and the part a boundary problem always hides in.
1 The OCEL standard, ocel-standard.org.
When PwC asked 767 operations leaders why their technology investments haven't delivered, almost every one of them had a reason. “Integration complexity tops the list, followed by data issues and user adoption challenges.” 2
Their systems don't connect. Their data does. Just not anywhere they can see it.
What those same leaders said next289%agree actionable data matters more than comprehensive data.73%agree data doesn't need to be perfect to drive value.

Instead of forcing your operational data into a single linear path, we map the objects and the relationships exactly as they occurred. You end up with a precise, queryable record of how your operation actually functions rather than an approximation of it.
Most process mining platforms began with a single-case-ID model and later added an object-centric model alongside it. Ammonite has one model. Every dataset is object-centric from the moment it's loaded; there is no case-centric model to choose, configure, or migrate away from.
Identify the step, handoff or system boundary where delay or risk enters.
Put a bottleneck in time and dollars, not just flag that one exists.
Analyze by account, by transaction, or by approver from the same dataset, without re-extracting the data.
Import and export the open OCEL standard, so your analysis is portable and never locked to us.
Distinguish a process that's slow because of volume from one that's slow because it's broken.
Documentation of process performance for audit, compliance or board reporting.
Ammonite maps your actual processes, translates them into a structured model, and gives you clear insights, so you can move faster, reduce costs, and make better decisions.
Same data.
A clearer path forward.
Connect your data from any system, document, or export. Ammonite ingests the real world, with no reformatting or modelling required.
Our AI understands your data, maps relationships, and converts messy operational data into a structured, object-centric model (OCEL).
We turn the model into a working process view you can explore, across accounts, transactions, people, and systems.
Get clear answers, metrics, and recommendations to reduce friction, cut costs, and improve outcomes.
Most organizations underestimate the complexity hidden in their own processes. By turning real operational data into a structured model, Ammonite reveals up to 80% of overlooked inefficiencies, so you can fix what matters and scale with confidence.
A single, consistent view of your business processes, ready for analysis, automation, and monitoring. Same method, no platform commitment, and no heavy implementation.
Different starting points, the same conversion underneath. Each one begins with data you already have.
Your systems are simple now. They won't stay that way. Connect them to Ammonite while there are two of them, and every order, customer, invoice, and payment stays linked as you add the third, fourth, and tenth. Your operational picture, and your AI's, is connected from day one instead of reconstructed later.
Talk to sales.
You already know the order is in one system and the invoice in another. What you don't have is a way to see them together without a project. Ammonite connects the data you have today, from any database or export, so you can look at how work actually flows across systems before deciding what to fix.
Import your data and visualize your operational bottlenecks.
A migration is the one moment you have to see every process in the old system and prove it survived in the new one. Ammonite converts both to the same open standard, OCEL 2.0, so the before and after are comparable regardless of vendor, and the comparison is a file you keep rather than a report locked in someone’s tool.
Schedule a Sidecar Diagnostic to determine the scope of your project.
A diagnostic takes one process and maps how it actually runs, across your systems, spreadsheets, and people. You get a clear view of where time and money are lost, with quantified findings and no long term commitment.
We'll learn about your business and identify a high value process to map.

We deliver a clear report with quantified findings, including where time, cost, and work are being lost.
You review the findings with our team and choose whether to move forward. No long term commitment.
